So a week ago or so I started eating healthy foods (in hopes of living a healthy life) and just treating my body more healthily. It has not been easy because temptations are always around to remind you of what’s their and what your up against.
I won’t say have been 100% perfect but am 89% perfect. Everyday at work I go for a 10 minute walk or so though today we pushed it a little further and walked 45 minutes to an hour. I feel sore and my legs hurt from the walking today but every morning when I wake up am more energised and feel alive. I have decided to be doing the green juices one week a month but continue with my daily walks, eating healthy and whatever I can fit around my work life. I have come to a point in my life where I want to get married and I want to start a family so I need to start looking after my body better than any other time.
