So a week ago or so I started eating healthy foods (in hopes of living a healthy life) and just treating my body more healthily. It has not been easy because temptations are always around to remind you of what’s their and what your up against. I won’t say have been 100% perfect but am 89% perfect. Everyday at work I go for a 10 minute walk or so though today we pushed it a little further and walked 45 minutes to an hour. I feel sore and my legs hurt from the walking today but every morning when I wake up am more energised and feel alive. I have decided to be doing the green juices one week a month but continue with my daily walks, eating healthy and whatever I can fit around my work life. I have come to a point in my life where I want…

My mummy is the best mummy in the world, she is talented, very patient, loving, caring and everything that a good mummy should be. I have been blessed to have been born from her and everyday I am grateful she is my mummy. One thing my mummy loves to do to relax is knit, I know how to knit she taught me but I quickly lost interest but fast forward 15 years on she is still enjoying her knitting and has made a good business for herself and our family. Who knew doing baby knitting could be so profitable (obviously not me), I will be lying if I said she doesn’t knit to help supplement our incomes because she does and we love her for it and proud of her. Today I wanted to share with you some of her knitting and the rest you can see on her Ebay…

Hair/braids/weaves and I have a love/hate relationship, I can not for the life of me seem to be able to control it but what I do love about braids is the easy of styling. Even the someone like me who is stylistically challenged I can push off some simple hair styles. I love having senegalese twists done except for losing hair in the sides and getting Naomi Campbell receding forehead. I found these three styles that work for me and keeps the hair (braids) off my face. Before you ask yes I had the back of my head shaved – this happened during the stressful final university exams. What do you think of my styles, am sure there are prettier ones out there but these work for me.

Thanks for reading my blog, let me know what you think of this type of blog. Am no fashion expert but I thought this look was showcasing worthy.

Have you ever noticed how sleep comes so easily when you have important work to do or have deadlines? And every time you decide say – you will go for a walk to get some fresh air (secretly hoping time will fly) and when you come back as soon as you sit down sleep decides to interrupt. It’s definitely not good when you trying to impress new bosses and show them that you are a hard-worker and are keen to learn new things but there is only so much your mind-eyes-brain can take before it goes ah no mate sleep time. What can I do to cure this because it seems every time I go for a walk and return I feel even sleepier – so walks are out of question now only if there are other people with me. Maybe I should start exercising again but I have…

Rewind 13 years (damn am old now) and am sat chatting away with my cousin and our friends, predicting our futures and mine went as follows. Finished school, go to nursing school and finish, get married and have my first kid when am 23(because my mama had me when she was this age). This was my aspiration and my dream (bear in mind I was only 13 years old), these were my priorities in life and I lived by them. Fast forward 8 years later, after 3 heartbreaks, 1 randomness and 4 mistakes (not worth including as r/ships) and I meet this wonderful man who takes my breath away. He was so different to the usual boy/man behaviour, he was more attuned to me, more alert, more patient and more attentive not to forget more loving, caring, honest, cherishing and respectful. Now I sit/sleep here wondering, what did I do…

Brighton Beach Mini-weekend Getaway… So I thought I share some of the pictures the Mr. and I took for my birthday weekend getaway.I Love this stripy dress and thought I wear it with my blue shoes (wanted red but couldn’t find them in my closet). So love this man, he makes me happy and makes me laugh a lot. Those of you who’ve never been to Brighton Beach UK, their is no sand their only small rocks which are torturous when hot, but enjoyed my time there. He just loves to swim and he looks gooooorge, that’s my baby (Looove him).  We perfect for each other, we complement each other (our opinion)

So I am sat in the dark @22.49 thinking of something to talk about to the wide world! (this is usually the part where writers say “and it hit”) well it ain’t hit me yet because am still just thumbling my way through this blog (randomness). What do people write about these days, am now 26 and I have no clue what to write what to say to captivate people. How do i go about inspiring myself firstly then people around me then who ever. I don’t know honestly i have no idea, when i speak to my friends or people who have gotten to know me they say am a good heart and i would like to think that i am. but what makes a “good heart” am not talking about the physical sense am talking about the aura that you release as an individual, that aura that captivates people…
