Looking back at each decade, I feel both ‘older’ and ‘younger’, I see the change in my features, the change in my way of life, the change in my personality and the experience itched on my face. I am grateful for the life I have lived thus far and excited for the life I am yet to live.

2026 - 39, (Home, England), I am ready for this final year before my 40s but also ready for this next decade.
2016 - 29, (Oslo, Norway), this decade was about self discovery and building the life I dreamt about. The life that I am super proud of and truly grateful to be living. This decade, I built my financial life and in later years choose to heal from the trauma gained in the last decade and now I feel well equipped for the future.
2006 - 19, (Glasgow, Scotland), I thought I was grown (look at the cheekbones 🤣🤣) and ready for the world, chiiiild was I wrong, let’s just say, I am still resolving the trauma the decade brought me but I am grateful because I met my best friends and made decisions for the future I wanted to have. (Spoiler alert - I did better than I dreamed).
1996 - 9, (Home, Zambia) this was my birthday but my little sister insisted she had to be the one in the middle. The only way we knew whose birthday it was, was by standing in the middle but this year I remember baby sister crying her eyes out and refusing 🤨
1988 - 9 months, (Chililabombwe, Zambia) although my mother looks tired and traumatised😟, I know I was loved and happy.

Insta Natural ~ Retinol Cream Review

For the last year or so I have been trying different products which have worked amazingly for me so when I saw that insta natural was looking for bloggers to review the Retinol cream I jumped at the opportunity to try it out but more especially for boo to try it out. Insta natural was making some claims I wanted to prove either right or wrong.  I do not have wrinkles yet and boo has laughing wrinkles I thought we put the cream to work, he’s refused pictures but I will say the cream has worked on his wrinkles. They have reduced in size and before I could convince him to try the cream I had to apply it on so I know that it’s very soothing when applied. Though seems oily on first application once you fan your face it does not look oily at all and it keeps the face hydrated due to the Jojoba Oil, Hyaluronic Acid, and Shea Butter it contains. I would recommend this product for both men and women, you can purchase the product from amazon for £19.95.

Product Information

  • Maximum Strength Retinol – Don’t settle for anything less. With a 2.5% concentration of Retinol (Vitamin A), our moisturizer provides a strong dose of this renowned antioxidant to deliver optimal results. Vitamin A was first discovered more than 80 years ago and has since been recognized as a revolutionary skin-care ingredient for its formidable benefits.
  • Fights Wrinkles, Fine Lines & Hyperpigmentation – Vitamin A, along with Vitamin C and Green Tea, provide strong antioxidant power to fight against the signs of aging. These nutrients work synergistically to reverse the effects of sun exposure and other aggressors that damage the skin, leading to the development of wrinkles, fine lines, dark spots, and more. Using our Retinol Cream daily will help to improve skin tone and texture to reveal younger, healthier skin.
  • Reduces Blemishes and Breakouts – Vitamin A has also been known to help with blemishes. By removing dead skin and unclogging pores, Retinol can help control breakouts so you can achieve a clearer, smoother, flawless complexion.
  • Hydrates Skin – No need to worry about dryness or flaking. Our Retinol Moisturizer formula contains a creamy blend of nourishing ingredients, such as Jojoba Oil, Hyaluronic Acid, and Shea Butter, which keeps your skin well hydrated. Once applied, the retinol cream will leave your skin feeling soft and supple throughout the day.
  • Manufacturer Guarantee – InstaNatural backs their products with a Lifetime Money Back Guarantee, no matter where you buy our product.

Have you tried this InstaNatural product? If not what are you waiting for, with all these goods it can offer you it’s a definite must have.
