Sunshine, Food and Fun
Sunshine food and fun was how I can describe the weekend that just ended. It’s been such a long time since we’d have such good weather that we made the most of it. We took advantage of the good weather and took some pictures, lay in Hyde Park and had the best lunch.
Last week I had received an invitation to check out the Mango Tree Restaurant in Harrods and taste there menu. As this was my first time receiving such an invite I of course said yes and took my sister as my guest. We decided to make the most of this invite and decided to spend some quality time in London. Whilst my sister and I live only 20 minutes apart we rarely see each other. Mostly because we have such different social calendars and it’s rare to have a free day which matches.
Excited to be heading to London to review the Mango tree, we decided to make a day out of it. At first the weather in Oxford and entering London looked like it would rain but then the skies opened up. All of sudden it was ok to take of your coat and put your shades on in style.
Sunshine food and fun was definitely the theme of our day, we hope for some sunshine and we got it. We already knew we would be trying out the best foods ever and the fun was a guarantee for us. Whilst we don’t always hung together and spend so much time irritating each other, we always have fun together. I am so glad I asked my sister to accompany me to taste the menu and Mango Tree and we can not wait to share our experience. **Hit – it was absolutely awesome and we highly recommend it. **
