Happy 1st Birthday AJD {+Giveaway – CLOSED}

Blogaversary coverWhen I started blogging I did not think I would reach a year because I had a tendency to start things and then before flourishing I would stop and at the back of my mind I did think that this would happen to my blog. I am so glad I broke the trend and stack at it because I have developed so much through this blog and I have made so many wonderful friends whom I do not believe I would have made without my little piece of the web-sphere.

AJD has undergo so many changes sometimes I think I am losing my mind, when I started I called the blog “Randomness Blog” well because I do have a tendency to be random. Then I moved on to “Myrabev’s against fashion” <–(see am not really a fashionable person I scrapped this one before the paint dried), then “Myrabev’s world”, “Purely By Accident” <– no idea why, etc. It wasn’t until this year January that I made the decision to call this blog “A July Dreamer”, it was the same time I decided to really take this blog to the next level. I started fervently promote my blog on all social media outlets, joined facebook/twitter groups, plus I have now dedicated my mornings to visiting/reading/commenting and supporting other blogs and even bought me a domain with Godaddy.

I have big plans for my blog and I do know with hard work as well as supporting other blogs I can take this blog to a whole new level. I love my job but I also love my blog and I hope one day it can provide me with some income. Now before I get to the “some income” stage I will stick to reviewing products an sent or I buy as well as working with brands that are happy to work with me.

Now to show my appreciation for the last 12 months I am giving away a beauty hamper and ad space on both this blog and my 2nd blog plus these wonderful ladies are helping me by contributing to the beauty hamper or offering ad space on their blogs and I am thankful to them.

    Yay Happy 1 year. I’m hoping I manage to stick with mine too. I’m the same way. When I don’t get instant gratification I tend to quit. Finding a great blogging community has helped out a lot though. Congrats on the big number one!
