For him and her gift guide covers some of the gift ideas that I am thinking for MoH and Me. I have never been one to choose gifts for him and her quite easily. Due to our hectic schedules even during the holidays, it’s hard to do things together. Living in different cities also seems to play a mock on us but we do try out very best to spend time together. When I was thinking about what I wanted to include in this For him and her gift guide I thought of things I want to do with MoH.
Let me know what you think of these ideas, what other are you thinking of doing with your other half.
For Him and Her Ideas
Spa Day – Yes this is #1 for my list because I think this is one of the best to do together as a couple. Ofcourse you can attend a cooking class together, pottery whatever but I think Spa Day is the best for me. When I think spa day, I am thinking full massage, sauna, jacuzzi the works. I know we can just relax at home in front of a telly, or makeout, or read a book or even watch a movie. But seriously where is the fan in that, a Spa Day maybe even hotel stay just makes it a little bit more special.
You know you partner better than anyone so you know what he likes doing. How about you indulge him or her for that one day and do things that he or she likes.
Do something he likes
- Watching or playing a game
- Going fishing
- Hanging out with his mates
Do something she likes
- Shopping, ok not every woman likes shopping but I do so it’s #1 on this list.
- Spa day at home, I know have said it already but maybe I am hinting that I really need a spa day.
The typical gifts for him and for her
- Perfume
- Toiletries set
- handbags
- Beauty products, some girls like makeup palette and other beauty products but me, I want lipsticks (lots).
I know there are so many things that couples can do together, for now because of my current state spa day is #1. So that’s it for my gift guide for him and her.
What do you have on your list?

I think I am the only person that wouldn’t want a spa day! I would actually prefer tickets to a sporting event or maybe a video game marathon.
Anosa says
Oh really! wow but then again each to their own and I think you should do what you like 🙂
Ave T says
I would love a spa day as a gift! I think a weekend getaway would be a great gift idea too! Or tickets to a theatre.
Anosa says
Absolutely, I have never been to a theatre but I know MoH has so it would be nice to go together
Baby Isabella says
A spa day would be my mummy’s ideal choice too! …..actually a couple of hours in a bath alone (without a toddler interfering) would be good too! 😉
Anosa says
Hahahaha bless I think it would be for most of us

I am all about giving and receiving practical gifts so this is perfect! I don’t know how my husband would feel about a spa day – it would take some convincing.
Anosa says
Hahahaha I think it would for most men but if you did something he likes and he does something you like I think that could be a winner
Mimi "MimiCuteLips" Green says
I like the idea of getting a gift we can both enjoy. We’ve done the spa thing but not together in the same room. Thanks for getting my wheels turning.

Mr Me actually took me on a Spa day for my birthday at the beginning of this month (planned with the help of my brother!) and it was amazing! Everybody needs a spa day. At least once or twice a year!!
I’ve bought Mr Me Ian Wrights Autobiography as I know he is a little starstruck and inspired by him, as well as having a collection of autobiographies already. I’ve also bought him Football Manager 2017 (I’ve bought him this game nearly every year for the last 10 years) and I am considering something else although I am not sure what!

We have stopped buying physical gifts for each other, and now have an activity or adventure such as a theatre trip or spa day, or an expensive gadget for the house. xx
Anosa says
I like that, that’s awesome

My husband and kids say that I’m the hardest person to buy for because I have everything. 🙂 This year my husband and I are thinking about gifting each other a vacation the week after Christmas and make some fun memories instead of accumulating more stuff. We’ll see how that turns out.
Anosa says
Awww that’s lovely I hope you guys definitely go on a vacation as that’s the best gift after spa day lol
Little Steps says
I like the “do something he likes” especially if that means me not having to spend anything 😉 Hahaha. Seriously though, really struggling what to get my husband at the moment, have to think about this just a little bit longer 😉 x
Anosa says
Hahahaha not spending money is always nice.
Hope you find something you guys can do together
Sarah says
I always struggle to buy gifts for my partner and I end up just buying a couple of things off his list. I’ve been wanting to do a spa day for so long but wasn’t sure if he’d think of it as me buying a present for him, but actually it’s for me! It is really tough.
Anosa says
It can be really tough to buy gifts for each other hence why I think doing something together or doing what s/he likes and vide versa works well
