2016 - 29, (Oslo, Norway), this decade was about self discovery and building the life I dreamt about. The life that I am super proud of and truly grateful to be living. This decade, I built my financial life and in later years choose to heal from the trauma gained in the last decade and now I feel well equipped for the future.

(Spoiler alert - I did better than I dreamed).

Favourite Summer Sandals

Holiday season has come around yet again and within a blink of an eye it will be over all way too soon.Β  Hi It’s Melanie from Melanie’s Fab Finds.Β  I recently guest posted and shared with you some floral maxi dresses that I love in my dress wishlist.Β  Well I am back at it again but this time the topic of choice is shoes or more specifically sandals.Β  I love light weight, pretty, dainty sandals that ooze femininity and hope you all do too.Β  Now that I have shown you some gorgeous maxi dresses that you can fill your wardrobes with an essential to help complete the outfit is some fabulous shoes.Β  We all feel great when we have a great set of sandals to go with the perfect dress and so here are some options that I really do hope you love.

I have looked through hundreds of sandals and brought you a selection of my favourites.Β  I have included a mix ofΒ shoe heights as I know that not all are comfortable in high heels and others don’t do so well in flats.

Flats

The Bluebell Footbed Sandal in gold Β£29 from Monsoon looks pretty and are also available in pink and in pewter.Β  The Bluebell leather sandals have aΒ a moulded footbed to ensure the utmost in comfort.Β  TheΒ silver-tone studs and crystal gem embellishments along the straps give it a lovely feminine look andΒ are catch the eye as they sparkle in the sunlight.

I haven’t forgotten those with a wider foot either.Β  The ASOS FLO Wide Fit Embellished Flat Sandals Β£28 with leather upper are just the thing with pretty rose gold coloured straps and bright colourful stones that look beautiful combined.

Medium Heels

House of Fraser has some lovely sandals that I had to include in the medium heel size section.Β  The Paradox London Pink Isla Strappy Mid Heel Sandals Β£47 come in a choice of gold and silver both of which look great.Β  They are a great way to add a little dazzle to an outfit and a little height too.

Shoeaholics had a great looking suedette sandal in grey which is lovely.Β  The Kannie Carvela Kurt Geiger Β£49 has a pretty side bow that is just the right size not to look excessive and not too small to be noticed.Β  The heel isn’t too high either and is prefect for those that can’t handle high heels like myself.

High Heels

These black Skinny Sandals Β£32 from Next are nice and dainty with a thin strap and heel.Β  These not only add height but make toned calves look even better.Β  This is also available in a range of colours including nude, metallic, silver and animal.

Like a little more dazzle to your shoes, not that the black shoes above are not amazing as they are but to add that extra zing to an outfit why not consider the Azalea Rose Gold Chrome Strappy Heels Β£29.99 from In the Style.Β  Aren’t they wonderful!! Β wish I could walk in heels this high myself.Β  Rose gold is as we all know one of the “in” colours so you won’t look out of place wearing these with almost anything.

There are so many sandals to choose from that it made my job rather difficult.Β  I really do hope you liked my selection.

Have fun shopping!!!

I do love a pretty pair of sandals, and I will miss mine once summer wanders off for autumn to kick in. I recently bought some Heavenly heels, which I can literally wear all day every day.

My mummy has been on the hunt for medium size heals but can’t find them anywhere especially as we’re coming into AW/17. Nice selection here πŸ™‚

Those rose gold ones are gorgeous! I often struggle to find sandals that fit me well as my feet are super narrow, there are always wide-fit choices but nowhere seems to do narrow-fit ones!

The grey heels are super cute. Don’t ever really wear heels anymore, but those would go with so many looks and outfits

In the summer, I mainly wear flat sandals, unless we have an event to attend, then it’s high heels!

I can’t really walk in heels so I’ll just admire those ones from afar. For the first time I’ve bought a few pairs of sandals this year and it’s been nice in the summer x
