Looking back at each decade, I feel both ‘older’ and ‘younger’, I see the change in my features, the change in my way of life, the change in my personality and the experience itched on my face. I am grateful for the life I have lived thus far and excited for the life I am yet to live.

2026 - 39, (Home, England), I am ready for this final year before my 40s but also ready for this next decade.
2016 - 29, (Oslo, Norway), this decade was about self discovery and building the life I dreamt about. The life that I am super proud of and truly grateful to be living. This decade, I built my financial life and in later years choose to heal from the trauma gained in the last decade and now I feel well equipped for the future.
2006 - 19, (Glasgow, Scotland), I thought I was grown (look at the cheekbones 🤣🤣) and ready for the world, chiiiild was I wrong, let’s just say, I am still resolving the trauma the decade brought me but I am grateful because I met my best friends and made decisions for the future I wanted to have. (Spoiler alert - I did better than I dreamed).
1996 - 9, (Home, Zambia) this was my birthday but my little sister insisted she had to be the one in the middle. The only way we knew whose birthday it was, was by standing in the middle but this year I remember baby sister crying her eyes out and refusing 🤨

Bosch Tassimo Suny (T32) Product Review

Tassimo Suny T32 is a space and energy-saving coffee machine equipped with Intellibrew™ technology. This allows for the machine to auto read bar-codes on the coffee pod to make a perfect brew every time.

Tassimo Suny

For the last few weeks I had been seeing TV ads on Tassimo coffee machines and I wanted one. But because I am not a regular coffee drinker I did not feel I could justify the expense. As luck would have it, I was offered the opportunity to review a coffee machine from Tassimo. I spent a fair amount of time searching for the perfect coffee machine for me. Having limited space in my apartment was one of the huge factors in deciding on which machine to choose. Another factor was influenced by learning that I could make tea and hot chocolates on this coffee machine.

Related: Good house keeping coffee machine review

When the machine arrived, I was totally surprised at how light weight the entire package was. I had been informed I would be receiving the machine and T discs {coffee pods}. So imagine my surprise when I opened the box to find both the coffee pods and machine were inside. I must say it is the lightest coffee machine I have ever held and we have tried a few at work.

As a huge tea lover I was exceedingly excited to see I could make tea using a coffee machine. I drink 5-6 cups of tea at work and another 3-4 at home, I knew this coffee machine will be put to good use. Whilst I am waiting on the tea pods I ordered, I thought I give the coffee pods a try. I knew I would love chai latte and latte macchiatto in vanilla so I tried those and was truly impressed.

I am a huge #tealover but I am also a #coffeelover though limited to only a few types. @tassimouk has sent me this awesome #coffeemaker with five different types of #coffeepods with my favourite being #chailatte and I can not get enough. • • I have been converted to drinking more coffee than tea which is a huge change to be honest. • • • #coffeetime #coffeeholic

How the Tassimo Suny Machine Works

One of the most ‘sophisticated‘ feature on Tassimo machines is the use of Intellibrew™ technology. Each T disc is inked with a bar-code which the machine then reads to make the right drink. For example, if you’re after an espresso, it will scan the bar-code and make it exactly the espresso way. Other drinks like teas and hot chocolates are also made that way maximum fill of 250ml.

The Tassimo Suny has an adjustable and removable stand which I only discovered recently. I am not big on reading manuals after manuals so the small booklet the machine has helped. The machine also has an 0.8ml removable tank which is a perfect size for me. But because I drink more cups of tea than normal people this will drive me potty refilling the water tank.

Though I wouldn’t consider having the constantly remove the used coffee pods a flaw, it’s a little annoying. What I love the most about the coffee machine is how quick and easy it is to make drinks. I had a friend over who just had to see my new gadget and she approved. Just by slightly pushing the cup against the machine, it starts making my drink. I don’t have to hold the cup nor depress the button constantly to make a good brew.

Features of the Tassimo Suny machine

The most fascinating feature for me is the smart start button which makes making drinks easier. For those like me limited on space, the Tassimo Suny is an ideal machine to have. It is light, compact and takes the hard work out of making coffee. I am constantly rushing in the morning, the smart start button and automatic drink making makes it ideal. Other features include:

  • Auto cleaning and descaling program – I found the cleaning process quite quick and easy. Using the blank disc to place in the pod area and allow two coffee runs which you empty.
  • Removable and adjustable stand – If you’re making espresso drinks you need it on a high stand. For the normal 250 drinks the lower stand is the best option.
  • Auto Energy saving – the machine goes on auto save move which is idea as we try to be more green. Plus also trying to keep gaz and leky low every month.
  • No heat up time – make your drink in seconds. And I can assure you the drinks are super hot and would render caution when using.
  • Refillable and removable water tank – the tank is small perfect for one or two people. I make about 3 – 4 cups before I have to refill the water. It’s recommended to use fresh water all the time and descaling often.

When it comes to the drinks range of coffees, teas and other drinks to choose from you are in luck. Bosch Tassimo has partnered up with many brands to bring you your favourite types of drinks. I know chai latte is my favourite but so is the Cadbury and milka for my hot chocolates.

Recommendations

I must say without a doubt I am loving this coffee machine, it makes my favourite drink in a flash. It is easy to clean, easy to operate and is very lights. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a new machine. Especially single people, couples and in small office {3-4 people} because of the size of the tank.

If you’re looking for a compact sized automate coffee machine that makes teas too, Tassimo Suny is the answer. Don’t waste time fluffing about with coffee machines that need science degree to operate.

Disclosure: I was gifted the Tassimo Suny T32 and pods in an exchange for an honest review. All opinions, grammatical errors and research done are my own.

We are big coffee drinkers but we’ve never had a coffee machine as we just don’t have the space in our kitchen – the small size of this one makes it really appealing! The auto clean and descaling feature sounds great too – we have very hard water in our area, so we need to descale a lot.

I’ve been a Tassimo addict for the last 3 years. The range of drinks is amazing, Decaf, teas, chocolates and a whole host of coffee varieties mean there is an option for everyone. I still have my original Bosch machine (which is working perfectly) so I can also attest to the quality of these machines.
