Looking back at each decade, I feel both ‘older’ and ‘younger’, I see the change in my features, the change in my way of life, the change in my personality and the experience itched on my face. I am grateful for the life I have lived thus far and excited for the life I am yet to live.

2026 - 39, (Home, England), I am ready for this final year before my 40s but also ready for this next decade.
2016 - 29, (Oslo, Norway), this decade was about self discovery and building the life I dreamt about. The life that I am super proud of and truly grateful to be living. This decade, I built my financial life and in later years choose to heal from the trauma gained in the last decade and now I feel well equipped for the future.
2006 - 19, (Glasgow, Scotland), I thought I was grown (look at the cheekbones 🤣🤣) and ready for the world, chiiiild was I wrong, let’s just say, I am still resolving the trauma the decade brought me but I am grateful because I met my best friends and made decisions for the future I wanted to have. (Spoiler alert - I did better than I dreamed).
1996 - 9, (Home, Zambia) this was my birthday but my little sister insisted she had to be the one in the middle. The only way we knew whose birthday it was, was by standing in the middle but this year I remember baby sister crying her eyes out and refusing 🤨
1988 - 9 months, (Chililabombwe, Zambia) although my mother looks tired and traumatised😟, I know I was loved and happy.

Buy Whole Foods Online |Health Food Supplier

PR Sample

Buying Whole Foods Online is now easier than ever before but it’s hard to know what brands to trust. Thankfully, buywholefoodsonline.co.uk is reputable health food supplier with a warehouse based in North East Kent. The company was started back in 2007 by Joe and Arthur and has since grown into an international business whilst still remaining a family fun business.

Thanks to our recent collaboration with The Avenue Cookery School, we came across BWFO who supplied the nuts at the event. We were happy to have been sent some healthy related products from their massive range to give a try. As someone who is always snacking on something unhealthy, its a nice change to try healthier and organic snacks that are delivered directly to your door.

Buy Whole Foods Online | Health Food Supplier

BWFO is a top supplier of natural, quality organic food and browsing through their website, I am inspired by the many options. When we were asked to review a few of their products, I found it hard to choose but thankfully they have the insider information and sent us some of their best foods.

In this post, our review will focus on the quality of the products we received, the service experience as well as a mention of the items we’ve received. All opinions shared on the products, customer service experience and quality of products is from our own experience.

BWFO |WHAT WE TRIED

The products we were sent are those that I have tried before from other brands and excited to see how they compare. I am already loving the beetroot powder and the sunflower seeds, I am excited to try more.

Beetroot Powder 250g {£3.02}

A versatile superfood high in antioxidants and when added to any dish it gives both colour and flavour. Since it is naturally sweet, I have added to a smoothie and it has been delicious. The beetroot powder is made from a whole beetroot and has retained all its goodness. Should be stored in a cool dry place and away from direct sunlight.

Macadamia Nuts, Roasted & Salted 250g {£16.72}

Most nutritious nuts,they are naturally creamy and when roasted it brings out the flavour. I have always preferred raw macadamia nuts so it was interesting to try roasted with a pinch of salt added to them. Like most nuts, they can be eaten alone or added to a dish of choice.

Organic Ceylon Cinnamon Powder 125g {£2.99}

I love cinnamon when sprinkled onto my porridge or baked goods but not tried the natural nutritional booster of Ceylon Cinnamon. BWFO has some wonderful recommendations on their website, I added a spoonful into my smoothie and it did give it an extra oomph.

Sugar-Sweetened Organic Cranberries 500g {£8.64}

Cranberries for me have always been either a hit or a miss in whatever I use them in. Most in cupcakes but the sugar-sweetened version, I am excited to see how they blend into porridge. The combination of sweet and sour definitely played with my taste buds especially with the tanginess.

Organic Shelled Hemp Seeds 250g {£4.11}

Hemp seeds are some of my favourite items to add to my smoothies, porridge any baked goodies but not tried shelled hemp seeds. What I love about the hemp seeds is that they are high in Omega-3, 6 and 9, my pescatarain sister absolutely loves them too.

Sunflower Seeds 1kg {£3.67}

When I was young, I did not care much for sunflower seeds even though I had been taught how good they were for me. I can’t remember exactly when it happened but I started liking them and now have them in my soup. I love that they are nutritious, contain both fibre and protein and goes well with almost every breakfast item.

Raw Honey 900g {£10.99}

Honey is anything item that I did not like as a child but as I grew up it became one of my favourites. Whenever I have toast, it’s the first thing I reach for and most days I prefer honey in my tea than sugar. I am impressed by this Bulgarian honey and has been a great change to my usual.

FINAL THOUGHTS ON BUY WHOLE FOODS ONLINE

Buy Whole Foods Online is an online business with a warehouse in Ramsgate, Kent started back in 2007. It has since grown into an international healthy food supplier with a wide range of products and deliveries across the UK and Europe. European deliveries all incur exciseduty tax which is payable by the customer.

Our food box was sent via parcel force and was received the very next day with the contents nicely wrapped. I found their website very easy to navigate, has a great option of healthy foods and prices are unbeatable. I loved that they have many ways to pay online including payments with PayPal.

They offer free delivery for UKorders over £30 and products are delivered within 5-days. They have other delivery options for those who wish to receive their products quicker. Customers have a 14-day guarantee to notify company of intention to return the products and 14-days in which to return the items.

    This is a great way to reduce the cost of the things that you utilise on a regular basis. Plus take the hassle out of sourcing them locally

    We are lucky to have a shop not far from us that sells organic and whole foods, I often stop by on my way home from work. Good to know about this though, in case there’s anything I can’t get hold of.

    This is great. Many of us don’t have the kind of shops nearby that we could get whole foods from. Having an online service is so helpful and takes out a lot of stress for people

    It’s so much easier to be able to buy products like this online as they are not always readily available and can mean trawling lots of shops.

    Great review of a brilliant and convenient website x
