{GBU} THE HAPPENING WEEK NINETEEN

Hi there and welcome to week nineteen of the happening the Good the Bad and the ugly, sorry this post is a day late but I was on the road. I can not believe Friday is the end of July, what a month it has been and God knows I could not have predicted the month would end the way it is ending but I am eternally grateful. July has always been an incredible month for me especially for the last 2 years because it is my birthday month (7th) and also my blogavesary month (8th) for A July Dreamer. In the last gbu post I mentioned that I had to cancel the 2 mini-getaways I had planned for July because of forces beyond my control but who would have thought I would replace it with something more awesome which I will share below.

Let’s get down to business.

The Good

Boo and I wanted to go to Lille, France but was unable due to the Eurotunnel issues so we cancelled the trip only for Boo to realise his European car needs to go back home for MOT which meant road trip through 5 countries. We drove from UK through France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany and Poland then home LT.

The road trip provided so much alone time we had been needing for a while now.

More blog opportunities have come my way and I could not be more thankful, just when I thought things were dying down more have come my way.

The Bad

28+ hours driving from UK to LT has really taken a toll on my back side and not sure I will be doing another long road trip.

The Ugly
