I am grateful for the life I have lived thus far and excited for the life I am yet to live.

This decade, I built my financial life and in later years choose to heal from the trauma gained in the last decade and now I feel well equipped for the future.
2006 - 19, (Glasgow, Scotland), I thought I was grown (look at the cheekbones 🤣🤣) and ready for the world, chiiiild was I wrong, let’s just say, I am still resolving the trauma the decade brought me but I am grateful because I met my best friends and made decisions for the future I wanted to have. {Fashion Monday} Partying

The last time I went out partying and I mean really partying was some time last year when I was in Korea. For me Korea is like going to Vegas (everything stays there 🙂 ) and I feel really liberated and I feel like the young me again (not the irresponsible one but the party loving one). When I am back home in England, I do not feel the need to go out drinking nor club hopping, I much prefer a night in with a good cuppa Joe catching up on my favourite K-Dramas and other series. It is also time for me to rest from waking up early for work during the week, time for me to reflect on everything happening in my life and be thankful for what I have, don’t have and the untold future.

Let's Patry

It is no secret that I am heading back to Korea this month and what better time for me to share with you some outfit ideas for what I am thinking of wearing whilst I am in Korea clubbing my 20’s away. I also thought it was a nice time to share with you some lovely Quiz going out dresses which are absolutely adorable. Partying always brings up wonderful memories, when I was at university we worked hard but partied even harder. There was never a dull moment for the entirety of the 4 years I was at university and sometimes I miss it a little bit too much but such is life.

When I think about the days when I used to go clubbing and drink my liver away, I loved getting dressed up wearing either dresses or shorts. For me short dresses were the it items for clubbing, shorts came in a couple of years later and somehow I just loved them and wanted to show off my long legs. Fast forward 7 years later and I much prefer short skirts and occasional dresses here and there but mostly short skirts.

Most people struggle with what to pair with what when going out partying, I always loved wearing heels every time I went out but since finishing university almost 4 years ago now I love nothing better than some lovely flats. I do love my heels and I love wearing them occasionally but I much rather prefer wearing flats. You can never go wrong with a good pair of flats, they are comfortable which is the most important thing for me.

What do you think of my partying outfits? Which do you prefer?

I like the first and 3rd one but would opt for the 3rd coz its a classic and it comes with flats. Flats matter because if I want to party, I want to be comfy.

When I was in my 20’s I wore dresses or some nice shorts, but I always had to wear heels. Now that I’m mid-30’s I don’t go clubbing, but when I do go out I still wear the same thing.
