Whereto Stay in Zagreb: Tesla Boutique Apartments

Are you off the Zagreb soon or in the near future and looking for affordable but elegant accommodation? Well look no further than Tesla Boutique Apartments, centrally located in Zagreb off the main Ban Jelacic Square.

Tesla Boutique Apartments

I recently traveled to Zagreb for business trip and from experience I knew I had to seize the moment. Last time I traveled to the USA, I spent all 5 days indoors and missing out on all the tourist stuff. This time round, I decided I would take an extra two days for personal time. It was the best time ever, Tesla Boutique Apartments is located on a very popular street.

Whereto Stay in Zagreb: Tesla Boutique Apartments

Not many people can tell you where Zagreb is nor which country it’s the capital city for. Why is that? Well, many had heard of the former Yugoslavia but most are not familiar with the breakout countries. For those that know of Croatia, Zagreb is rarely on their itinerary, it is often overlooked for the coastal cities. And with good reason, the coastal cities are impressive but so is Zagreb, such an incredible city. If you’re ever in Zagreb, there are two places I would recommend you stay during your visit. I highly recommend Tesla Boutique Apartments and Westin Hotel, a five-star hotel.

Tesla Boutique

Tesla Boutique Apartments is located about 300 metres away from the main Ban Jelacic Square. The apartments are on the second floor but note the building has no elevator. This shouldn’t put you off but should just be a reminder not to pack heavy suitcases. You should also note when booking the apartments, converse with the owners. I found it so much easier to chat with them, they advise you on routes from the airport.

Good to know information

Whenever I am about book somewhere to stay, I always read the reviews of previous guests. As a frequent travel and genius member on Booking.com I find it best to check for reviews there. The reviews are often accurate but obviously we all see things differently so reviews can be varied. Here is what you need to know about Tesla Boutique Apartments

  • What you see is what you get, the apartments look exactly like the pictures
  • Each apartment has modern furnishings including flat screen tv
  • Has WiFi
  • Has citing area and kitchen
  • Provides bed linen, iron and board
  • Has private bathroom and for extra touches provides slippers and bathrobe
  • No smoking
  • check in starts at 2pm and check out ends at 11am.
  • Transport services to and from airport offered for extra fee
  • Payment in person and via cash but credit card required for reservation
  • For those with kids, extra beds are offered

I highly recommend Tesla Boutique Apartments, they have everything you need and all the comforts. Not all places can offer that which is a shame as a little extra goes a long way. Things like transport services for those who might need help or even allowing people to check out late. This is only possible if the next guests are not due to arrive until later in the evening or another day.

It’s quite a nice option to stay in an apartment sometimes as it’s much more flexible. I use Booking.com and also find the reviews are very good.

They sound like really nice apartments. As a family these appeal so much more than traditional hotels as we’re always travelling with our son.

That looks like a really nice place to stay. My husband and I are toying with the idea of going on a short holiday together this summer somewhere, I’ll suggest Croatia.

This sounds lovely and so well located. I am one of those that didn’t actually know where Zagreb is but I think I’d have guessed correctly at a push. They sound very well equipped.

I never think to look at flats when finding somewhere to stay on holiday, I always seem to look at the obvious choices of hotels etc. Looks like a great place to stay! x
