Looking back at each decade, I feel both ‘older’ and ‘younger’, I see the change in my features, the change in my way of life, the change in my personality and the experience itched on my face. I am grateful for the life I have lived thus far and excited for the life I am yet to live.

2026 - 39, (Home, England), I am ready for this final year before my 40s but also ready for this next decade.
2016 - 29, (Oslo, Norway), this decade was about self discovery and building the life I dreamt about. The life that I am super proud of and truly grateful to be living. This decade, I built my financial life and in later years choose to heal from the trauma gained in the last decade and now I feel well equipped for the future.
2006 - 19, (Glasgow, Scotland), I thought I was grown (look at the cheekbones 🤣🤣) and ready for the world, chiiiild was I wrong, let’s just say, I am still resolving the trauma the decade brought me but I am grateful because I met my best friends and made decisions for the future I wanted to have. (Spoiler alert - I did better than I dreamed).
1996 - 9, (Home, Zambia) this was my birthday but my little sister insisted she had to be the one in the middle. The only way we knew whose birthday it was, was by standing in the middle but this year I remember baby sister crying her eyes out and refusing 🤨
1988 - 9 months, (Chililabombwe, Zambia) although my mother looks tired and traumatised😟, I know I was loved and happy.

13 Easy Halloween Treats for the Family

Trick or Treat? I am all for treats and have compiled 13 Easy Halloween Treats for the family to enjoy this Halloween. I have never been big on celebrating Halloween mostly because I can’t be doing with the scary tricks. This year, however, I thought I share 13 Easy Halloween Treats I have been loving.

Though you won’t find me dressed up in any Halloween costumes, you will find me munching on all the Halloween treats I can find. This is why it’s been easy for me to roundup these 13 Easy Halloween Treats. Trowling through the land of Pinterest, I was able to compile these 13 Easy Halloween Treats. Let us know which are your favourite or your easy to make treats.

13 Easy Halloween Treats for the Family

Halloween is celebrated annually on the 31st of October, every year I hide like a hermit. People dressed as witches, ghost, you name it and I running screaming. Even though I don’t care for it, it doesn’t stop me from sharing these 13 Easy Halloween Treats.

Savoury Treats & Non-cookie Treats

Who doesn’t like cheesy bites, this is great for those who don’t particularly care for sweet treats. I found these Four ingredients Halloween Treat – Ghostly Cheese Bites to be easy to make and taste really yummy. Find the full recipe HERE.

Halloween Movie Mix – even though am not big on horror movies, I can never turn down a good treat and this one is definitely a must-have.

Anyone for some crescent mummy pizzas to go with the mummy cookies below? I do love anything mummy related so much that I watch the movie trilogy every day. Not into Pizzas, how about some easy witch broomsticks snacks?

How about some Halloween Pretzels? I love these as they are so easy to make and make for the best treats this Halloween. These are so easy to make and taste just as amazing as they look. If you’re not into pretzels then we suggest trying these Halloween Monster apples which are just divine.

Tesco definitely made my day when I found there Three ingredient Halloween Treat – cookie dough mummies. I am a sucker for good cookies and these 3 ingredient treats are exactly what the doctor ordered.

Whilst I don’t like seeing anyone dressed as a witch, I couldn’t deny how yummy looking these treats are. I found these Easy Witch Hat Cookies and knew I had to include them in this aroundup.

During Halloween, you can never go wrong if you make these Easy Halloween Cookies. Cookies always go down a treat and can be made any time of the year. Make sure to try this recipe, no baking is required to enjoy these treats.

Halloween is not complete if you don’t enjoy some sort of apple treat and these Spooky Caramel Apples make the best treats. These are easy to make with the kids but expect some mess as always.

Someone tell me am not the only one who loves Mummy Cookies? I think I eat them every October. When I was young, my mum used to create mummy cookies and we used to laugh her creations. I had to include these yummy looking cookies in this roundup.

I don’t know about you but I love me some Peanut butter monster cookies. When I was young, mum used to make used to make peanut butter cookies as weekend treats. It has been a while since I last enjoyed them, definitely will be making them for thansgiving.

No festivity is complete without some sprinkles for Halloween, check out these Halloween Sprinkle Cookies. Best I have seen by far, I do love sprinkles in practically everything sweet.

Happy Halloween!!

For the first time in forever, I have made a point to create some Halloween treats. Though I won’t be trick or treating, I have enough candy to open my own shop. Which of these 13 Easy Halloween Treats, have you made before?

Oh YUM, the mummy pizzas and the Halloween pretzels are just what would gobble up, partly because I am craving pizza now and some chocolate lol. Plus I still have bags of candy that I don’t like.
