Looking back at each decade, I feel both ‘older’ and ‘younger’, I see the change in my features, the change in my way of life, the change in my personality and the experience itched on my face. I am grateful for the life I have lived thus far and excited for the life I am yet to live.
••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••

2026 - 39, (Home, England), I am ready for this final year before my 40s but also ready for this next decade.
2016 - 29, (Oslo, Norway), this decade was about self discovery and building the life I dreamt about. The life that I am super proud of and truly grateful to be living. This decade, I built my financial life and in later years choose to heal from the trauma gained in the last decade and now I feel well equipped for the future.
2006 - 19, (Glasgow, Scotland), I thought I was grown (look at the cheekbones 🤣🤣) and ready for the world, chiiiild was I wrong, let’s just say, I am still resolving the trauma the decade brought me but I am grateful because I met my best friends and made decisions for the future I wanted to have. (Spoiler alert - I did better than I dreamed).
1996 - 9, (Home, Zambia) this was my birthday but my little sister insisted she had to be the one in the middle. The only way we knew whose birthday it was, was by standing in the middle but this year I remember baby sister crying her eyes out and refusing 🤨
1988 - 9 months, (Chililabombwe, Zambia) although my mother looks tired and traumatised😟, I know I was loved and happy.

ADEXE Watch London x Mini Sistine Ladies Wristwatch

PR Sample

The Adexe Watch London Mini Sistine ladies wristwatch is a new and enchanting addition to the Sistine collection. It features a hidden gem contained inside the crown and comes in a range of beautiful colours to suit all occasions. Adexe Watch London is located in Shoreditch, East London and is the creative hub for handcrafted wristwatches that inspires communities to value individual styles.

Adexe is a brand that I have been well acquainted with over the last few years and has been prevalent in the blogging world. I had always wanted to own one of there handcrafted timeless watches that offers quality timepieces at an affordable price point. When an opportunity presented itself to collaborate with Adexe Watch London, I knew I could pass it up.

Like most people, I rarely wear watches because I have a clock on my phone and its most convenient. I have found of late that wearing a wristwatch feels like accessorising an outfit than the norm. And though I feel that way, I make an effort to wear a wristwatch often but more especially when I go to the office.

The miniature Sistine range comes in four designs; Silver Case, Snow White, Rose Gold and Silver. The Silver Case and Rose Gold have a range of colours to match your individual style. I chose the Rose Gold Mini Sistine wristwatch as I am a huge fan of Rose Gold. It is a colour that I can work with almost every outfit in my Spring Fashion Capsule.

Personal Thoughts on the Mini Sistine Ladies Watch

What I loved the most about the Mini Sistine wristwatch is not only the small design but it has a delicate face. The watch is very feminine due to its size, holds a delicate balance between style and affordability. When I received the wristwatch, I was struck by the design of the box, it’s a small and brightly coloured box.

One thing to note is that the mini Sistine wristwatch is a minimalist’s dream watch, it simply tells the time with a touch of style. Though the watch is water resistant, I wouldn’t wear it in the shower. The battery has a lifespan of 2-3 years, the case material is hand polished all stainless steel and is 30mm in size.

The Adexe Watch London Mini Sistine ladies wristwatch makes for the perfect present for almost any occasion. I love the simple, sleek and stylish design of this Mini Sistine range and recommend it highly. The price of the Mini Sistine wristwatch starts from £79 and all A July Dreamer readers get a 15% discount using the code: JULYDREAMER15

Disclosure: I was sent the mini Sistine Ladies wristwatch in exchange for an honest review.

What a beautiful watch! I like things are that quite sleek and not too flashy, so this fits the bill perfectly.

Wow it’s so pretty! Yeah you’re right, I have a stunning Marc Jacobs watch somewhere but I don’t wear it because I have the time on my phone!

Oh wow! This looks absolutely stunning! I think I may ‘accidentally’ leave this tab open on my laptop for my husband to see as it’s our wedding anniversary this month! (hint, hint!!)

It certainly looks very stylish and pretty. It is not chunky which is always a bonus, I need one like this myself.

Oh, I like this watch! It’s pretty, dainty and looks like it would go with many different outfits. Even though I obviously have my phone for the time, I do feel a bit weird if I don’t wear a watch!
