Looking back at each decade, I feel both ‘older’ and ‘younger’, I see the change in my features, the change in my way of life, the change in my personality and the experience itched on my face. I am grateful for the life I have lived thus far and excited for the life I am yet to live.
••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••

2026 - 39, (Home, England), I am ready for this final year before my 40s but also ready for this next decade.
2016 - 29, (Oslo, Norway), this decade was about self discovery and building the life I dreamt about. The life that I am super proud of and truly grateful to be living. This decade, I built my financial life and in later years choose to heal from the trauma gained in the last decade and now I feel well equipped for the future.
2006 - 19, (Glasgow, Scotland), I thought I was grown (look at the cheekbones 🤣🤣) and ready for the world, chiiiild was I wrong, let’s just say, I am still resolving the trauma the decade brought me but I am grateful because I met my best friends and made decisions for the future I wanted to have. (Spoiler alert - I did better than I dreamed).
1996 - 9, (Home, Zambia) this was my birthday but my little sister insisted she had to be the one in the middle. The only way we knew whose birthday it was, was by standing in the middle but this year I remember baby sister crying her eyes out and refusing 🤨
1988 - 9 months, (Chililabombwe, Zambia) although my mother looks tired and traumatised😟, I know I was loved and happy.

Selecting a Meaningful Gift for a Special Guy

Shopping for a man can sometimes be a challenge. Men are not often forthcoming about what they would like to receive on gift-giving occasions like birthdays and anniversaries. They also may not share what size of clothing they wear. You might head into the store with no idea of what to look for or buy.

Rather than worry about getting something he will not want or use, you could instead focus on buying something that is practical and meaningful at the same time. Items like wallets, key chains, and Seiko men’s classic watches are typically well-received and things that he can use for years to come.

Shopping by Style

While the special guy in your life may appreciate getting a watch for Christmas or his birthday, he also might want to come in a certain colour or style. As you can see online, these watches come in a couple of different colours. They are available in a dark black that is neutral in appearance and can complement any outfit. The colour also makes it ideal to wear with formal, business casual, or casual clothing.

Some of the watches also come in a steely gray color, which might be more upscale and formal for some men to wear. The color also is neutral in tone and can match any color of shirt or tie. Both styles of watches come with faces with different colors and styles as well.

Shopping by Price

As much as you want to get a meaningful gift for the special man in your life, you might not necessarily want to blow your entire shopping budget on one purchase. You may need to keep your shopping within a certain dollar limit.

The website categorizes the watches according to price for your convenience. You can list them according to their prices so you know what ones cost the least and what ones are the most expensive. You can then select the ones that are most in line with what you can spend.

You also might want to only look at those that are the most popular with shoppers today. You want to get him something that is trendy and stylish rather than understated or boring.

The website lets you categorize the ones that are the most popular. You can select that option from the drop down menu at the top of the page.

Watches tend to make meaningful and practical gifts for men. They come in a variety of styles and colours that you can select from on the website. You also can see what ones are the most popular with shoppers today. All of the prices are listed on the website for your convenience.

Yes,I find it so difficult finding presents for my husband. For his 40th I got him a very fancy bottle of gin, but usually it’s little things or hand made gifts.

I agree, men are so difficult to buy for. The men in my life usually end up with socks and slippers, which is not the best or most thoughtful gift is it! A watch is a much better idea.

My hubby is a bit of a watch snob if I’m honest so buying him one is not an option for me. So he gets stuck with new pyjamas and cuff links for Christmas haha!
