The first thing I do when I get up is make me a cup of tea and when I can’t I do it as soon as I arrive at the office. I love tea, drink it daily and enjoy it greatly. I have so many different types of teas in my home enough to open up my own tea shop. When I was contacted to try out Your Tea’s tiny teatox tea I was more than happy to do, not only do I get to enjoy my favorite drink of the day but it also gives me a detox that I need.

Disclaimer: I was gifted a box of the tiny teatox tea box in exchange for an honest review, no monetary compensation was received.
Your Tea’s mantra is:
Nourishing your body, mind and spirit with tea by nurturing your insides with their amazing blends of teas which were created by Aussies to revitalise, energize and please you aesthetically and are loved worldwide.

As a tea loved and drinker reading this mantra made me do all things happy dance to the 7/11’s. I love the idea of drinking tea that is created to revitalise and energize me. We live such busy lives and often neglect to nourish our bodies and if there are products out there that can aid in our efforts to look after our bodies then I am all in.

Your Tea uses Chinese Medicine principles which aim to look after your body both inside and out. They have created different tea ranges from mood range to beauty range. The mood range teas include happy tea – boosts your energy levels by using teas that will cleanse your stomach and also caress your heart, energy tea – which gently lifts your mood, sleep tea – which aids your sleep and as someone who suffers from insomnia this was a welcome notation. The beauty range includes tea face which uses a natural exfoliant and mask made from tea granules and essential oils (please note this is not to drink but to apply onto your face).
The tea I was sent as mentioned is tiny teatox which came in a 28-day detox tea. The tea is pretty simple to make and tastes great, I do use sugar in mine but it’s not mentioned on the package if you can or not. The tea should be drunk 3 times a day and when making it the tea bags should be infused in hot water for about 3-4 minutes. Your Tea advises that you should drink the tea 30 minutes before your meals which for me can be quite annoying as I drink when I feel like it so for the next 26 days I will have to pace and monitor myself.
Overall I am enjoying the tea and not sure if it’s the result of the teatox but my bladder seems to be working in overdue as I am weeing more than a baby or toddler.

I used to be a coffee addict. Would drink copious amounts of it all through out the day and then I moved to England. I still have a coffee first thing in the morning, but it’s tea all through the day for me. I’m a sucker for great looking packaging and I must say that is just lovely!
Miranda says

Detoxs can be really hard to keep up with. Finding time to have the tea before breakfast would be a tricky one for me! I’m interested to see how you get on and what the results are.
Miranda says
It can be tricky, I am finding the night ones harder than the morning and lunch time
