Looking back at each decade, I feel both ‘older’ and ‘younger’, I see the change in my features, the change in my way of life, the change in my personality and the experience itched on my face. I am grateful for the life I have lived thus far and excited for the life I am yet to live.

2026 - 39, (Home, England), I am ready for this final year before my 40s but also ready for this next decade.
2016 - 29, (Oslo, Norway), this decade was about self discovery and building the life I dreamt about. The life that I am super proud of and truly grateful to be living. This decade, I built my financial life and in later years choose to heal from the trauma gained in the last decade and now I feel well equipped for the future.
2006 - 19, (Glasgow, Scotland), I thought I was grown (look at the cheekbones 🤣🤣) and ready for the world, chiiiild was I wrong, let’s just say, I am still resolving the trauma the decade brought me but I am grateful because I met my best friends and made decisions for the future I wanted to have. (Spoiler alert - I did better than I dreamed).
1996 - 9, (Home, Zambia) this was my birthday but my little sister insisted she had to be the one in the middle. The only way we knew whose birthday it was, was by standing in the middle but this year I remember baby sister crying her eyes out and refusing 🤨
1988 - 9 months, (Chililabombwe, Zambia) although my mother looks tired and traumatised😟, I know I was loved and happy.

What’s on my Instagram {October-16}

Whats on my Instagram! That’s the big question right? Actually it really isn’t, I just figured I have not shared this type of post for the longest time. Probably should start,  Happy Last Saturday in October y’all but pre cup of tea manners are optional it seems.

Since last December I created an Instagram account for this blog, to share mostly my travels. If you remember previously I had used The Myrabev Life Instagram account for everything. I figured I had two blogs {The Myrabev Life} why couldn’t I have two Instagram accounts.

Whats on my Instagram

With that being sorted, for my whats on my instagram I shall share the most liked and commented on pictures. In the last 7 days I have posted about 14-16 pictures, sharing a minimum of two pictures a day. There is no statistical reason, it is just a personal preference of mine to share two pictures a day.

I am hopeful that the whats on my instagram series will continue weekly if not bi-weekly but will see. I do not exactly have a great track record with these types of posts but I am working on them.

Using webstagram analytics, I have been able to see which three posts are most liked and most commented on. I must admit I didn’t think these three post would be my top liked nor most commented on.

Whats on my instagram ~ Three (3) Most Liked Posts

My recent Journey to Johannesburg, I managed to visit the Pretoria Zoo and it was an incredible experience.

Whilst in South Africa last month, I managed to visit #pretoria #zoo and saw some #zebra but at this particular time I was more weary of snakes in the trees 😏👀 • • #southafrica #pretoria #femaletravelbloggers #travel #travelling #traveling #traveller #travelgram #travels #instatravel #traveldiaries #travelblogger #travelblog #traveladdict #igtravel #neverstopexploring #wanderlust #liveauthentic #lifeofadventure #natgeotravel #welltravelled #iamtb #searchfinddiscover #inspiringtravelpics #explore

I re-shared one of my favourite pictures of my Trip to Slovenia, I was a guest of BigBerry and they took us on tour of Slovenia

A little prayer never hurt no one 🙏 Be grateful for the things you have, don’t have, about to have and will never have #slovenia #ifeelslovenia #europe #explore #travel #travelling #traveling #traveller #travelgram #travels #instatravel #traveldiaries #travelblogger #travelblog #traveladdict #igtravel #neverstopexploring #wanderlust #liveauthentic #lifeofadventure #natgeotravel #welltravelled #iamtb #searchfinddiscover #inspiringtravelpics

Another picture of my visit to the Pretoria Zoo where I snapped a picture of a Peacock.

I was running towards this peacock so that I could take a picture and caught it right before it hopped the fence. It was nice seeing all of these beautiful birds and animals #pretoriazoo #southafrica #femaletravelbloggers #travel #travelling #traveling #traveller #travelgram #travels #instatravel #traveldiaries #travelblogger #travelblog #traveladdict #igtravel #neverstopexploring #wanderlust #liveauthentic #lifeofadventure #natgeotravel #welltravelled #iamtb #searchfinddiscover #inspiringtravelpics

Whats on my instagram ~ Three (3) Most Commented on Posts

A picture I took this January on my first trip of the year to Prague. I was standing on the Charles Bridge, in the snow but it was just too beautiful to resist.

A photo posted by Anosa (Miranda) Malanga (@ajulydreamer) on Oct 25, 2016 at 9:28pm PDT

This picture was my view from the spilberk Castle in Brno, Czech Republic. Prior to visiting Prague, I had no idea where Brno was.

A photo posted by Anosa (Miranda) Malanga (@ajulydreamer) on Oct 25, 2016 at 9:32pm PDT

The Final picture is the same one as above of the little fountain in Slovenia. Slovenia is one of those countries that I have come to love deeply.

A photo posted by Anosa (Miranda) Malanga (@ajulydreamer) on Oct 26, 2016 at 3:02pm PDT

And there you have it, my three most liked and three more commented on pictures on instagram. I am hoping to continue sharing these types of posts so hopefully I will do it again next week.

Of whats on my instagram, which is your favourite?
