Looking back at each decade, I feel both β€˜older’ and β€˜younger’, I see the change in my features, the change in my way of life, the change in my personality and the experience itched on my face. I am grateful for the life I have lived thus far and excited for the life I am yet to live.

2026 - 39, (Home, England), I am ready for this final year before my 40s but also ready for this next decade.
2016 - 29, (Oslo, Norway), this decade was about self discovery and building the life I dreamt about. The life that I am super proud of and truly grateful to be living. This decade, I built my financial life and in later years choose to heal from the trauma gained in the last decade and now I feel well equipped for the future.
2006 - 19, (Glasgow, Scotland), I thought I was grown (look at the cheekbones 🀣🀣) and ready for the world, chiiiild was I wrong, let’s just say, I am still resolving the trauma the decade brought me but I am grateful because I met my best friends and made decisions for the future I wanted to have. (Spoiler alert - I did better than I dreamed).
1996 - 9, (Home, Zambia) this was my birthday but my little sister insisted she had to be the one in the middle. The only way we knew whose birthday it was, was by standing in the middle but this year I remember baby sister crying her eyes out and refusing 🀨
1988 - 9 months, (Chililabombwe, Zambia) although my mother looks tired and traumatised😟, I know I was loved and happy.

Personalised Gifts with TescoPhoto.com

Personalised gifts are one of the most personal and unique gifts that can be given to a loved one. Nothing quite says I made this for you than a gift that has been personalised to match the receiver.Β One that my entire family loves and cherishes are homemade or personalised gifts.

Until recently, I was not aware that TescoPhoto.com offered same day delivery on some personalised gifts. This is great news for my family as we tend to forget the important dates. In this article, we aim to share all the deets about TescoPhoto.com

Personalised gifts are one of the most personal and unique gifts that can be given to a loved one. Nothing quite says I made this for you than a gift that has been personalised to match the receiver. One that my entire family loves and cherishes are homemade or personalised gifts.

Last Minute Personalised Gifts

Are you one of those last minute people that just can’t get it right? Well, TescoPhoto.com are here to rescue you and find you the perfect and most cherished gifts. The whole idea of personalisation of gifts is to match to the receiver’s personality.

TescoPhoto.com has on offer a wide range of products to suit the receiver’s needs regardless of age. Our personal favourite personalised gift is creating a canvas print of our recent family adventures. Other gifts that interest us and are offered by TescoPhoto include;

  • Photo Prints –Β printed on high-quality gloss paper to give an outstanding finish. Fees start from Β£0.05 per 6 by 4 photo print.
  • Photo Blocks – makes aΒ great alternative to framed photos and price starts from Β£7. The photo canΒ be mounted onto a wooden block in a choice of white or black edges
  • Aluminium Photo Prints – A 24 by 16 print starts from a whopping Β£85. Made from high-quality Chromalux which includes a high gloss coating.Β
  • Poster Prints – fees start from Β£5 whether it’s an auto-filler collage or an express print poster.
  • Prints & Frames – offers various types of frames and all have varying prices with the cheapest coming at Β£6.
  • Photo Mug – various types of personalisation offered, image insertion, auto-filler, monograms and more. Fees vary depending on the type of photo mug the giver wants.
  • Mousemats, Placemats and coasters – perfect for use work on dining table depending on what you’re after.

Whilst most of these last-minute gifts can be made available on the day, not all of them are doable. It is important to check if the local Tesco store offers Photo Printing otherwise, a free collection can be arranged. Delivery can be between 3-5 working days, otherwise, you can chooseΒ to collect from Tesco close to you.

Personal Experience with TescoPhoto.com

TescoPhoto.com offers a wide range of personalised gifts for almost every occasion. For this collaboration, I chose to print a canvas of our recent visit to Barcelona. I took a picture of my parents standing in front of the Sagrada Familia and want to have this printed. As I mentioned, we cherish all our family adventures and want the memories to last longer.

Same Day delivery/collection was not possible for us because our closest TescoPhoto.com store was too far. We, therefore, opted for the delivery service offered and received our canvas print within 3 days of ordering. The canvas looks pretty cool and very true likely of the picture taken from my Samsung S9+.Β

It is pretty cool that Tesco offers this service, I can order before doing my photoshop and collect within an hour. This (if service is offered locally), makes it very convenient for most Tesco shoppers.

Tesco photo is a great service. My boyfriend and I have used them before to print cushions as birthday and Christmas gifts. It’s so quick and is great quality, would definitely recommend! πŸ™‚

I would say the quality is pretty decent and better than some that I have had in the past.
