Looking back at each decade, I feel both ‘older’ and ‘younger’, I see the change in my features, the change in my way of life, the change in my personality and the experience itched on my face. I am grateful for the life I have lived thus far and excited for the life I am yet to live.
••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••

2026 - 39, (Home, England), I am ready for this final year before my 40s but also ready for this next decade.
2016 - 29, (Oslo, Norway), this decade was about self discovery and building the life I dreamt about. The life that I am super proud of and truly grateful to be living. This decade, I built my financial life and in later years choose to heal from the trauma gained in the last decade and now I feel well equipped for the future.
2006 - 19, (Glasgow, Scotland), I thought I was grown (look at the cheekbones 🤣🤣) and ready for the world, chiiiild was I wrong, let’s just say, I am still resolving the trauma the decade brought me but I am grateful because I met my best friends and made decisions for the future I wanted to have. (Spoiler alert - I did better than I dreamed).
1996 - 9, (Home, Zambia) this was my birthday but my little sister insisted she had to be the one in the middle. The only way we knew whose birthday it was, was by standing in the middle but this year I remember baby sister crying her eyes out and refusing 🤨
1988 - 9 months, (Chililabombwe, Zambia) although my mother looks tired and traumatised😟, I know I was loved and happy.

The Best Mayo Medley from Pantry House

PR Sample

Mayonnaise is my favourite condiment ever and its why I am excited to share the best mayo medley from Pantry House who sent me an amazing package with a variety of mayonnaises. Mayo is to me as ketchup to others, I use mayonnaise in a lot of my food and would much rather have mayo than any other sauce with my chips, burger and all my potato salads even my mash contains mayo. When I was asked to review the home of the best mayo medley from Pantry House, I knew I would love what they had to offer.

Pantry House is an online artisan fine food store specialising in sourcing the finest food & drink and delivering it straight to your door. Their assorted pantry offers some of the best produce in and around the UK and mainland Europe via their easy to use online shop. The products that they stock are those that are exclusive to them and you won’t find them in your local supermarket. I am always excited to be introduced to new stores and that is one of the reasons I love blogging, I get to find the best gems ever.

The Best Mayo Medley from Pantry House

Since the start of the pandemic a lot of us have found ourselves restricted and not able to dine out at our favourite restaurant but as pantryhouse.co.uk nicely puts it “you don’t always need to dine out to experience some of the best flavours and produce that the UK & Europe has to offer“. Which is so truly, sure the socialisation part of eating out is what we are craving the most but good produce can be found all around us, you need just look. This is why I am excited to have been introduced to a ‘fine food’ store where I can sample incredible produce and flavours from all around Europe.

Pantry House stocks more than the best mayo medley, on their online shop you can find: Jams & Spreads, Cereal, Cakes & Biscuits, snacks, drinks and also they stock vegan and vegetarian foods as well. As the name suggests, their pantry stocks a variety of brands so you are not restricted to just one. I love that you can also shop by season, with Easter only a few shorts weeks I am sure a lot of people would appreciate having all Easter items in one place. The website is super easy to navigate, you can chat with them online if you have questions or drop them an e-mail. Delivery is free for orders over £50 and £2.99 for those less than £50.

So, what came in my mayo medley package and what were my initial thoughts?

  • Simply Mayo – this mayo is suitable for vegans + vegetarians and its gluten free. I am curious to sample this mayo as I have never tried gluten free mayo before.
  • Wilkin & Sons LTD – I have tried this brand’s jams before on British Airways flights but not sampled their mayos so I am super curious.
  • Stokes Real Mayonnaise – I have trie this brand before and absolutely love their garlic mayonnaise but yet to sample this ‘real’ mayo.
  • Sauce Shop Original Mayo – this is a brand that is completely new to me but I can not wait to sample this mayo
  • Inspired Vegan Mayonnaise – this delicious plant based mayo is great for all your salad needs and is suitable for vegans and vegetarians and I think it would make such an amazing gift to my vegan friends.
  • Sarah Darlington’s Traditional Mayonnaise – this family business makes one of the best mayo I have ever tried, its smooth and creamy and sits nicely in any salad dish.
  • The Wasabi Company – I was complete blown away by this wasabi mayo – it is not something I had ever sampled before and I am curious as to how it will taste like on salmon canapés or even my favourite potato salads. I made a decision that in this mayo medley package, I am starting with this one.

I am really happy to have been introduced to the best mayo medley from Pantry House, there are so many items from the online shop that I want to purchase and I recommend you check out their website. Unfortunately they don’t yet deliver outside the UK but for my fellow UK folks – you are well.

Now this sounds like something I would LOVE! I am the same as you and love mayo and have it on so much (and I don’t each ketchup so its mayo or nothing lol). Will definitely look into this as I love the idea of trying the different mayos!

I love a lot of mayo on a good sandwich – especially in the summer with tomato sandwiches!

I’ve never been the biggest mayo fan but some of those more unique flavours and tastings sound like they could be good, for me I never found normal mayo tasted of much, but I’ve probably just been eating/ trying the wrong one x

I really love mayo too! It’s good because not many people in my house do so it’s all mine – these all sound absolutely delicious!

Yes! Finally someone else who really loves mayonnaise too! It’s my favourite condiment. I’m originally from Germany, and my husband always says while you can’t tell most of the time that I’m not Scottish (I grew up bilingually so don’t have a German accent when I speak English), he says I always give the game away when I have my chips with piles of mayonnaise, lol.

My husband loves mayo! He has it quite a lot but I don’t think we’ve ever had anything other than a normal one.
