3 Easy Stocking Stuffers for Your Health-Conscious Friend

Sponsored

With Christmas only a few short weeks away, I am already thinking about easy stocking stuffers for your health-conscious friend and in my case – family. This year will be my first owning my own home and hosting my family over the Christmas break. When it comes to picking gifts especially stocking fillers I am the worst at it. Somehow I am just not good at it but when it comes to easy stocking stuffers for your health-conscious friend, I am your person.

Christmas this year will be a little different if not more special especially with how things shaped up thanks to sister Rona. Being home a lot this year has made me consider taking on healthier habits especially with what I am eating. This is why I am sharing easy stocking stuffers for Your health-conscious friend because, well, I am that friend who would appreciate less candy and more health-conscious gifts.

Easy Stocking Stuffers for Your Health-Conscious Friend

When it comes to choosing gifts for your health-conscious friend, I recommend having a general chat with them to understand what they are currently into. There is nothing worse than preparing a gift for somehow and only to learn a few weeks/months later its in the bin. I am excited to share three main ideas for easy stocking stuffers for your health-conscious friend or family. Remember, it’s important that you give a thoughtful gift.

Stocking stuffers can be tricky when you are trying to buy for a friend who is trying to be health-conscious. The traditional candy in a stocking just might not be the right choice for someone who is attempting to choose healthy options. If you are wanting to fill your friend’s stocking this Christmas but do not want to crash his or her healthy lifestyle, consider these three things: Healthy snacks, workout shakes and maybe vaping supplies.

1. Healthy Snacks

Instead of chocolate candy and peppermints, get your friend healthy things that they still enjoy. For example, dried cranberries, mixed nuts and protein bars can be good stocking stuffers that will not ruin a diet. You can buy individual serving sizes so that he or she will have a convenient snack on-the-go. You can choose things like dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate or mixed nuts instead of nut-filled candies.

Other health gifts that I have put together in the past include a fruit basket and sometimes homemade baked goods where I substitute for healthier ingredients. If baking is not your thing then I would recommend non-baked goods like energy balls and you can play around with the recipes. There are so many healthier options you can choose when I am struggling I often go for a hamper.

2. Workout Shakes

I have a confession to make, I am addicted to workout shakes, I think I have one almost every single day and I feel happy about it. When people are trying to be healthier often they change their eating habits and replace meals with shakes. Whilst I wouldn’t just recommend any shakes, I would ask them which they prefer in advance to ensure you get them a thoughtful gift, something they will use and actually love.

If your friend is dedicated to working out, there are special shakes for pre- and post-workout. You can buy some from different companies so that he or she can try them all out and see which one he or she prefers. Some of these come in convenient mixes to which you add water, so you can add several to the stocking. There are many different flavours to choose from as well, so you can choose something that you think your friend will enjoy the most. You can also add a gift card to a place that sells these types of workout shakes.

3. Vaping Supplies

If your friend or family is trying to cut back on smoking cigarettes, perhaps vaping supplies could be a good alternative. You can look at the selection of things at smokingthings.com to choose something that uniquely fits your spouse. There are many flavours of vaping supplies as well, so you can add a variety to the stocking.

When you consider your spouse’s healthy lifestyle needs when choosing Christmas gifts, you can show that you care and support them. This will make your gift even more meaningful, and you can feel good about what you are giving this year. Try to get an early start on your Christmas shopping this year so that you will be able to choose from a wider variety of gifts. When you take the time to curate stocking stuffers that you know your family members will love, you can have a Christmas to remember.

Great ideas here as I often find stocking fillers the most difficult things to buy. Love the idea of filling a stocking with lots of delicious healthy snacks to try!

I do always worry about giving people too much chocolate and sweets if they don’t tend to eat those kinds of things. I did a healthy snacks hamper for my mum one year which she loved x

Great ideas for stocking fillers! Jack had some tasty healthy snacks the other day that he took to his childminders and she’s keen to try some so I’m thinking of getting some for her as a stocking filler!

Great ideas here. i think I need to NOT buy some naughty snacks for my own stocking this year. (I do stockings for us all) I normally just stock up on sweet treats I avoid most of the year but I need to get out of the mindset that Christmas is a free-for-all!

I know exactly what you meal, sometimes the festive season is like a get out of jail free card. I am not stuffing mine with sweets this year either.
