{Fashion Monday} September Fashion Favourites

September Fashion Favourites is a Fashion roundup post of all the Fashion Posts I have shared during the month. September like August was slightly a quite month for me, I was on holiday so hardly posted on the blog. That did not stop me from coming up with Fashion Posts both online and offline. As someone whose taken a vested interest in her appearance, it is easy to create and share wearable outfit ideas.

September Fashion Favourites

Mother Dressed me, though I laugh every time I read this.This outfit was one put together with so much love from my mother and glad it made my September Fashion Favourites. Though I do not live at home anymore, my mother still has so much influence on how I dress. I am not saying I don’t know how to dress, I just loving getting my mother’s thoughts on some pieces of clothing. Black dresses are always a staple item in every closet, I was very much happy to dress this up for church and work.mother dressed me

Sparkle into September was an outfit idea post that I wanted to share earlier on in the month but I was too lazy. Nonetheless I decided to create this outfit idea because this House of Fraser dress is too pretty to ignore. I was initially meant to wear it to a wedding but it arrived after so missed out on the opportunity to show it off.

Upon my return from South Africa, I made it my mission to create fall work outfit ideas. I had bought some items  for work and was styling them up in my room and figured why not share. Being  a summer baby so most of my outfits are summer only worthy. I struggle with other seasons so it was a real try for me to create these outfit ideas. fall work outfit ideas

Though the September Fashion Favourites roundup post is about fashion ideas I put together, I shared other fashion posts. I feel honoured and always grateful for the wonderful sponsors that I work with month in and month out. I had to ‘content-contribution’ posts to my site: the Office Edit and Secrets behind Mori Lee’s success. Mori Lee’s story is exactly that, her success story of how she got where she is now. The Office edit brings together the love of glasses and pairing it up with outfits that go well together. I rarely wear glasses but this post gave me some ideas of how to dress the glasses up.

And there you have it, my September Fashion Favourites roundup post, I can not wait to share the October outfits.

    I always consider my father when I buy clothes. I think “would he wear this?” and if the answer is yes, I carefully put it back on the shelf and back away from it 🙂

    My mum used to choose my clothes too. She doesn’t anymore of course, but like you, I like hearing what she thinks, especially unlike me, she has a better fashion sense! 🙂

    Aw, I think it’s lovely you get your mums input. A LBD is always a great staple item to have cos you can always dress it up or down to your liking.
